co-exhibition
Co-exhibiting is only possible for stands of 9m² or larger.
Co-exhibitors must pay a registration fee of €250 (excl. VAT) to be eligible for the same benefits as an exhibitor.
A specific order form must be completed; please request this by email from commercial@businesshydro.fr
EMPTY SPACE
The price per square metre includes: electricity + carpet.
This refers solely to the floor area. No furniture is included with this type of stand.
It is up to you to design, manufacture, construct and assemble a structure that fits the reserved space. You will need to engage a stand builder to create your bespoke stand.
All stand proposals are subject to approval by Hydro 21 to ensure they are in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the exhibition.
Unfurnished stands are reserved for companies with a bespoke exhibition stand.
Exhibitors will, of course, be required to pay the participation fee.

PAVILION
The price per square metre includes: electricity, carpet and an archway.
It is possible to set up a PAVILION, subject to approval by HYDRO 21, with a minimum area of 40 square metres and a minimum of 10 exhibitors.
A quotation must be drawn up to determine the price for each exhibitor.
The stand builder, to be chosen by you for a bespoke quote, is charged separately. Each exhibitor must, of course, pay the participation fee.
