Take part in an exclusive tour of ARTELIA’s ArteLab laboratory, reserved exclusively for exhibitors at the Salon Business Hydro trade fair – Monday 13 October in Pont-de-Claix (4 Avenue Charles de Gaulle 38800 Le Pont-de-Claix).
ARTELAB: Artelia's hydraulic laboratory
ArteLab is the Hydraulic Modeling Laboratory of ARTELIA engineering group.
Studies are carried out physical and numerical models to understand and optimize the behavior of a future hydraulic structure or a natural environment. Located in Grenoble, in the heart of the Alps, with a surface area of more than 10,000 m², the physical modeling laboratory is dedicated to testing, validating and optimizing projects for maritime, river, torrential, urban or industrial hydraulic structures.
Physical scale modelling is an incomparable resource when it comes to analysing, communicating, and discussing for the most complex development projects. Its experimental and practical nature guides engineers in understanding phenomena and thus helps them find effective and optimized solutions in full compliance with project commitments. It provides the Project Owner with a comprehensive, three-dimensional overview of the project and its integration into the site. It makes it easier to explain phenomena by presenting the existing situation and how it will change once the project has been implemented.
