We are delighted to announce the second edition of the HYDRO INNOVATION TROPHIES, to be held as part of the 9th edition of the Rencontres Business Hydro, organized by Hydro 21, on October 8 and 9, 2024 at Grenoble Alpexpo. This competition aims to recognize and reward the best innovations in the hydropower sector, highlighting exhibitors, companies, PhDs, post-docs and students with the most innovative products or technologies.
Objectives and Awards
The aim of the HYDRO INNOVATION TROPHIES is to celebrate excellence and innovation in the field of hydropower. Participants will have the opportunity to compete for four separate prizes, including the “Coup de Coeur” trophy awarded by HYDRO 21.
The jury, made up of representatives of major companies and institutions in the sector such as ARTELIA, CIC ORIO, CNR, EDF Hydro Alpes, Fondation Grenoble INP, General Electric, Groupe Hydrocop, G2E Lab, ENSE3, and the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes, as well as the President of Hydro 21, will deliberate in September 2024 to select the winners.

Trophy winners will benefit from exceptional visibility :
- At the Gala evening on October 8, 2024, with over 250 people expected to attend.
- On Hydro 21’s social networks, before and after the event.
- On the Hydro 21 / Business Hydro website, with a page dedicated to the Trophées Innovation Hydro including :
- Before the event : Publication of logo and presentation of participants.
- After the event : Distribution of presentation materials.
In addition to this visibility, each winner will receive a cheque for €1,000 from our partner companies : Artelia, CNR, EDF, GE Vernova and Hydrocop.
